CASA Mental Health – Family Therapy Program

Uses evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches, which might include involving families in the process of change; techniques to work on thoughts and actions; emotion-focused therapy to help couples improve their relationship; or education to help families better understand mental health challenges.

Canadian Mental Health Association – Caregiver Connections

Peer support group to help parents, partners, and caregivers of those with a mental health concern and/or addiction. The program is made up of three components, all offered virtually:– Caregiver Connections Peer Support Group – ONLINE (via zoom) on Thursday evenings from 6:30PM – 8:00PM.– Peer Support Calls– Education and connection through the Monthly Family Seminars

Canadian Mental Health Association – Housing Program

Provides high quality, secure, and affordable housing for people with mental illness and/or low income. The program works with tenants and their supports to maintain long-term housing. CMHA Edmonton owns and manages seven apartment building with 146 units.

Ben Calf Robe Society – Group Care

Group Care provides a safe and secure environment. We provide a home that support clients’ needs culturally, emotionally and physically, spiritually, helping them develop & maintain contact with their family and peers. Every child is unique and therefore every care plan is developed to meet the needs of the child/ youth.

Boyle Street Community Services – Youth Community Support Program

The Youth Community Support Program (YCSP) is a community based mental health program. This program is a partnership services between Boyle Street Community Services and Recovery Alberta. YCSP is an empowering, collaborative and innovative program for youth and their families who have frequently accessed hospital-based mental health services without experiencing functional improvement.
