Peer support group to help parents, partners, and caregivers of those with a mental health concern and/or addiction. The program is made up of three components, all offered virtually:
– Caregiver Connections Peer Support Group – ONLINE (via zoom) on Thursday evenings from 6:30PM – 8:00PM.
– Peer Support Calls
– Education and connection through the Monthly Family Seminars
- Acuity: Basic, Mild to Moderate, Moderate to High, Severe/Complex
- Age Eligibility: All ages
- Behaviour Eligibility: Addiction, Mental Health, All
