Welcome
The Edmonton Zone Primary Care Networks Committee (EZPCNC) is a collaborative made up of the eight area Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and the Edmonton Zone region of Alberta Health Services (AHS) whose purpose is to improve the delivery of primary care in Edmonton and the surrounding area to positively impact the health needs of the people who live here. Currently this includes addictions and mental health, building capacity in primary care, specialty access and linkages, and transitions of care as patients move from home to hospital and back to home again, and increasing awareness of Indigenous health.
