The Youth Stabilization Program is a 10 day voluntary psychosocial stabilization and detoxification program for youth with harmful involvement in substance use and/or experiencing challenging mental health concerns. The Program is a group treatment model focusing on stabilizing youth, completing a comprehensive assessment, constructing a treatment plan and planning transition to further services.

Referral Pathway
Referrals can be submitted from any Recovery Alberta Outpatient Addiction Counsellor, using the referral form. Completed referrals can be emailed to YouthAddictionTreatmentCenter@albertahealthservices.ca.
