Offers wellness-oriented, recovery focused programming for those who are living with a mental concern and /or addiction challenges. The programs include: instruction in recreation and leisure skills; developing enhanced social and personal development skills; providing an inclusive, non-judgmental safe space; and a range of diverse activities including social, recreation, and education groups.

- 16 to 25 years with addiction and / or mental health challenges
- who do not require ongoing 1-to-1 support to participate in group programs
- and who have the ability to independently navigate safely home if separated from group
