Referral Pathway
Referrals for 5-17 year olds can be made by a health professional or by the family through centralized intake at Alberta Health Services: 825-402-6799
Referrals for 3-5 year olds, and for the FASD program, can be made directly to CASA by downloading a form from their website.
Referrals for CASA Classrooms are coordinated through the child’s or youth’s school.
